Discovery

Every engagement begins with a complimentary Discovery session — a high-level conversation about your business, your challenges, and where you want to go. This is where we get to know each other, assess whether there's a genuine fit, and decide together whether to move forward. There's no obligation and no cost.

Alignment

If we move forward, we go deep. The Alignment phase is typically two sessions dedicated to thoroughly understanding your business before we draw any conclusions. We look at your operations, your team, your market, and your numbers — because good coaching starts with genuine understanding, not assumptions.

Behaviour Intelligence

You'll complete a Behaviour Intelligence assessment that gives us a clear picture of how you think, make decisions, and respond under pressure. This isn't a personality test — it's a practical tool that allows us to tailor your coaching to how you actually work, not how a generic program assumes you do.

Stage 04

Business Plan Creation

Forget the forty-page document nobody reads. We build you a focused, actionable business plan built around a set of core metrics and designed to drive your specific outcomes. Progress is then tracked through E2 Lifeline — a dedicated virtual platform that keeps your actions, session notes, and key metrics in one place and visible at all times.

Stage 05

Coaching

This is where the real work happens. We meet regularly — typically every two weeks — to review progress, examine what's working and what isn't, track your key metrics, action plan for the period ahead, and pivot when the situation calls for it. Consistent, structured accountability is what separates businesses that grow from businesses that plateau.

Stage 06

Annual Review

Once a year, we pause and take the long view. We reflect on the year — what went well, what fell short, and what we learned — before moving back into Business Plan Creation for the year ahead. It's the moment to recalibrate, recommit, and set the next chapter in motion.
